The Queensland Crayfish Farmers Association is not, at this time, involved with the sale of product although it is an activity that is on our agenda in the forseeable future, as our production level increases.
At this time, we suggest that any sales enquiries be directed to the regional Association of your choice. Contact details are available under "Regional Associations" on our menu.

RECIPES:
The South Queensland Crayfish Farmers Association has developed an excellent "Redclaw Recipes" book. See the Revised Recipe Book. Our association also has available recipe cards and posters which are terrific promotional tools.
